What will you learn during the Firework Course?

Many dogs experience stress or fear during New Year’s celebrations. With our firework course, we help you and your dog to be better prepared for the festive season.

 

Information & Theory

You will learn how dogs experience fear and how you, as the owner, can best respond. We discuss body language, stress signals, and common mistakes.

 

Practical Training

With the help of controlled sound fragments (bangs, whistles, fireworks), dogs gradually get used to firework sounds. This is done in a safe and positive way, without overstimulation.

 

Tips for Home

Advice on nutrition, play, and enrichment around New Year’s Eve, plus how to make the environment as stress-free as possible.

This course is suitable for every dog and handler, regardless of age or obedience level.

 

Schedule:

• October 18 – November 8: Firework Course

• November 15 – December 6: Firework Course

 

Required Materials (we have spare materials available in case you forget):

• Standard leash (1.5 to 2 meters)

• Rewards (treats, toys, or motivation via voice/enthusiasm)

• Poop bags
